MaxxFit Training's Personal Training experience offers tailored sessions with expert coaches focused on maximizing your athletic potential. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned athlete, our personalized approach enhances strength, speed, agility, and sport-specific skills. Benefit from cutting-edge techniques and a supportive environment, ensuring peak performance and results.

Athlete Performance Groups

MaxxFIT's Youth Athlete Performance Training is designed to help young athletes unlock their full potential. Our small group classes (1-6 people) offer personalized coaching in a supportive environment, focusing on strength, agility, and athletic development. Each 50-minute session is packed with drills and exercises that build power, coordination, and endurance.

Class Schedule:

  • Monday-Thursday: 5pm, 6pm, 7pm

  • Friday: 10am, 11am, 5pm

  • Saturday & Sunday: 9am

At MaxxFIT, we offer specialized MaxxAthlete Programs tailored specifically for STVA Volleyball and Follow Through Basketball Club athletes. These programs are designed to enhance sport-specific skills, focusing on strength, agility, and conditioning to help athletes dominate on the court.

Our expert coaches provide targeted training that improves power, speed, and endurance, giving athletes the competitive edge they need for volleyball and basketball.
