Club Membership —

Our Youth Club Membership is the starting point for young athletes looking to improve strength, coordination, and athletic performance. With one structured small group training workout per week, athletes get focused coaching and a solid base to grow from.

Elite Membership —

Step up with full access to our Athletic Performance program.


The Youth Elite Membership includes everything in the adult Elite plan, plus access to our Athletic Performance Classes designed specifically for youth athletes. Along with full facility access, this plan includes:

  • 2 Athletic Performance Classes per week (youth-focused training in speed, agility, strength, and conditioning)

  • 2 Recovery Suite sessions per week

  • 20% off family add-ons

  • Discounts on massages, stretches, and personal training

Elite is built for athletes who want more structure, guidance, and recovery support.

The Youth Premier Membership mirrors the adult Premier plan, with the added advantage of unlimited access to Athletic Performance Classes. This package includes:

  • Unlimited facility access

  • Unlimited Athletic Performance Classes

  • Unlimited Recovery Suite access

  • 1 (30-minute) massage or assisted stretch per month

  • 20% discount for family add-ons

  • Discounts on additional massages, stretches, and personal training

Premier gives young athletes everything they need to train, recover, and compete at their highest level.

LEVEL-BASED ATHLETE CLASSES

2–8 athletes per class. Placement based on athletic testing results.

· Athletic Rookie (Foundations)

For younger athletes (7 – 11 yrs old). Focuses on movement fundamentals, basic strength, coordination, and athletic skills.

· Athletic Varsity 12-15 yrs old (Intermediate)

Typically 7th–9th grade athletes. Builds on foundations with increased strength, speed, agility, plyometrics, and introduction to Olympic lifts.

· Athletic Pro 14 – 18 yrs old (Advanced)

Varsity-level athletes focusing on advanced strength, power, speed, Olympic lifting, and performance-specific conditioning.
