HOW TO EARN POINTS

To ensure a fair and competitive environment, the MaxxFIT Transformation Challenge will use a point system to track participants' progress and reward their dedication. Points are based on transformation results, participation, and engagement. 

Categories and Scoring 

    • Lean Muscle Gain: 1 point for every 0.5 lbs of muscle gained (up to 20 points). 

    • Body Fat Loss: 1 point for every 1% body fat reduced (up to 20 points). 

    • Overall, Weight Change: 1 point for every 1 lb lost or gained in alignment with goals (up to 10 points). 

    • Weekly Check-Ins: 2 points for attending at least 3 classes in a week (max 16 points). 

    • Bonus Check-Ins: 1 point for attending 5+ classes in a week (max 4 points). 

    • Post Frequency: 2 points per week for posting at least 1 update about your challenge journey and tagging @MaxxFITTraining (max 16 points). 

    • Creative Posts: 1 bonus point for creative or inspiring posts (max 4 points).

    • Macro Tracking: 1 point per week for submitting completed macro logs (max 8 points). 

    • Progress Meetings: 1 point for attending each mid-point and final nutrition check-in with a coach (max 2 points). 

Total Points Possible: 100 Points 

Participants will be ranked based on their total points, with ties broken by the highest transformation score. Winners will be determined by overall performance across all categories. 

 

Weekly Leaderboard Updates 

Scores will be updated weekly and shared via email or social media to keep participants motivated and engaged.
